JEMAX not paid by Boomplay

JEMAX writes Am dissapointed with Boomplay. After getting over 50Million streams on the platform for my BOOGEYMAN ALBUM, I have never gotten any payment. We have tried a countless number of times with my team to contact their support portal via emails and much more yet nothing fruitful has ever come out. I demand for ANSWERS and am calling upon relevant bodies such as ZAM, NAC and Ministry of ARTS to intervene. Its sad to learn that actually most artists are being owed hefty amounts of moneys by Boomplay yet no one has been given a valid excuse.
